This policy explains refunds and cancellations for rhope subscriptions. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
1. Overview & Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our reseller and Merchant of Record, the contracting seller for your order, and processes all refunds. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer-service inquiries and handles returns.
2. EU/EEA/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 9; in Romania, OUG 34/2014). This aligns with Paddle's own refund policy.
3. Digital-Content Waiver
rhope is digital content/services supplied immediately. Your 14-day right of withdrawal is lost only if you (1) gave prior express consent to begin immediately and (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This acknowledgement is captured at checkout.
⚖️ Confirm whether Paddle's checkout surfaces this consent; if not, it must be presented before checkout (Pricing page).
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. This is a voluntary commitment in addition to your statutory rights above, and is processed by Paddle.
⚖️ Confirm with Paddle that the 30-day window is configured and honoured on your account.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund via the link in your Paddle receipt email, through Paddle Order Support at paddle.net, or by emailing us at support@rhope.app and we will route your request to Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
6. How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account (Account → Subscription), or via the manage link in your Paddle receipt. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there are no further charges and auto-renewal stops.
7. Auto-Renewal & Price-Change Notice
Subscriptions auto-renew at the stated interval and price until cancelled. We give advance notice of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Where the digital-content waiver applies (Section 3), purchases may be non-refundable after that point. This does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
